Foxy has the toast!

Using my favourite plate to eat breakfast in the garden.


Sourdough toast topped with peanut butter (obvs), banana, blueberries and dried figs with a sprinkling of seeds.


So simple, so delicious so packed with goodness.


Peanut butter - provides a good amount of protein, along with essential vitamins and minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, and zinc.


Dried Figs - fat-free and low in calories. Because dried figs and e a good source of fibre.


Bananas - they contain several essential nutrients and provide benefits for digestion, heart health and weight loss.


Blueberries - they have highest antioxidant value of any fruit!


Mixed Seeds - packed with nutrients that are good for health, seeds are nature’s perfect snack.
