Simple but delicious - oats are the hidden star but peanut butter takes centre stage.
1 tsp Cacao
Use between 30g - 50g of oats (depending on how hungry you are!) and cook with oat milk, cacao and turmeric.
When cooked put in bowl, add sliced banana and blueberries,
Dollop on peanut butter and scatter with mixed seeds.
Not really a recipe but an idea - swop the plant milk to whatever is your favourite and mix up the fruit according to the time of year. Smooth or chunky peanut butter or any nut butter....so many choices!!!
