Hi, I'm Tina

I live in the beautiful Vale of Pewsey, but was proudly born and bred in Penryn, Cornwall.

I have been a holistic therapist since 2004, also running Fusion Therapies but have been studying nutrition for over a decade, in particular plant-based nutrition.

Having given up dairy 10 years ago following breast cancer, I then went on to follow a plant-based diet.  I started this blog so I could share my experiences in healthy eating and hopefully motivate and inspire a healthy lifestyle in others. ( my eating philosophy )

Before the Big C I was a UK Athletics coach at Pewsey Vale Running Club and took part in local races, marathons and ultra marathons.  I was never any good and never won anything but I don't believe I was ever last in......second to last maybe, but never last!!  I did do three marathons in three days around the Pembrokshire Coast in Wales the year following my operation but that was more to prove to myself I could do it if I wanted to - and after that I didn't want to.

But things change and eight years later I'm tying up my running shoes again, having re-instated my coaching licence and have started Pewsey Plodders: a running group for beginners.

The qualifications I hold and the experience of being an athletics coach has also led me back to wanting to help people reach their fitness goals.

Don't get me wrong, I have a long way to go myself - I'm overweight and I'm unfit and I'm a lot older than most doing this job - but that is not going to stop me - it just means a different kind of person will relate to what I am doing.

I coach clients on a 1-2-1 basis, looking at either transitioning to a plant-based diet or improving the plant-based diet they are on and working out fitness stratergies that are achievable.  If you would like to work with me please contact me - I would love to talk to you.
